He broke through with his Playaz Recordings debut “Kill Something” alongside DJ Hype — a release that hit #1 on Beatport and earned Beatport’s Track of the Day, quickly followed by a run of high-impact releases that cemented his reputation as one of the scene’s most exciting rising talents.

On the road, Jappa has already proven himself internationally. Multiple tours across Australia and New Zealand, including dates in Bangkok, have seen him make serious waves beyond the UK, with a third overseas run now set to take him deeper into Asia. Back home, he’s delivered standout sets at landmark venues such as Fabric, Printworks, Motion, Studio 338 and Drumsheds, alongside appearances at major festivals including Glastonbury, Boomtown, NASS and Rolling Meadows.

Behind the decks, Jappa blends modern bass pressure with classic dubplate sensibility — high-energy, forward-thinking sets that consistently lock in dancefloors worldwide.
