All Paradise Breaks merchandise is made-to-order through our print partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, change of mind, or general buyer’s remorse.
That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
We will replace items for the following issues:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The design is misprinted or off-center
- You received the wrong size, color, or item
- Your package is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
How to request a replacement
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the packaging

We’ll review the request and arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
Items we cannot refund or replace
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Any order where photos or evidence of the issue are not provided
Do I need to return my item?
In most cases, no. Our print-on-demand partners do not require physical returns. If a physical return is needed, we’ll provide instructions — please do not send any items back to our Thai address.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter production, which may occur within minutes of purchase.
